Our hiring platform uses AI technology to assist our recruiters in reviewing applications. When you submit a job application:

• All AI-assisted assessments are reviewed by a human recruiter before any decision is made

AI processing runs within Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Your data is processed securely and is not used to train AI models.

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located in North America. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information including:

• Encrypted data storage and transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Role-based access controls — only authorised recruiters can access your application
• Regular security monitoring and backups
• No sharing of credentials or data with unauthorised third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Our client companies — only when presenting you as a candidate for a specific role, and only with your knowledge
• Google Cloud Platform — our infrastructure and AI processing provider, under strict data processing terms
• Google Analytics — anonymised website usage data only
• Legal authorities — only when required by law

We never share your resume or personal details with third parties for marketing or non-recruitment purposes.

• Active applications — kept for the duration of the hiring process plus 12 months
• Candidate profiles — kept for up to 24 months to match future opportunities
• Contact form submissions — kept for 12 months
• After account closure — all data deleted within 30 days of your request

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@tech-asst.com.
